Our Ultra-Dark Self-Tanning Mousse is a Makai favorite with a violet based formula leaving you with a natural deep dark tan while avoiding any orange undertones. This shade is ideal for those with dark skin tones or experienced tanners looking for a dark Mediterranean inspired tan. How to apply Self Tanning Mousse for a streak-free natural-looking tan:
Shake mousse bottle
Dispense 2-4 pumps of mousse onto the applicator mitt
Apply to desired area one body part at a time using circular motions until mousse is blended evenly
Let skin dry completely (approximately 5-10 mins) after application
Wear dark, loose fit clothing post tanning application
Let tan develop for 8 hours
Rinse in luke-warm water following development duration
Using a towel, pat to dry after rinse
Keep skin moisturized daily to prolong the life of your tan

HOW LONG SHOULD I WAIT BEFORE RINSING OFF TANNING MOUSSE?	We recommend waiting 6-8 hours for full color development. Avoid contact with liquids during development time.
HOW LONG WILL THE SELF TANNING MOUSSE LAST ON MY SKIN?	While everyone’s skin is different, our tanning mousse usually lasts up to 7-10 days with proper skin prep prior to application. Exfoliate your skin at least 4 hours before application and moisturize after your post tanning rinse to ensure a long lasting, even fading tan.
DOES SELF TANNER TRANSFER ONTO CLOTHING?	Our Self Tanning Mousse has been formulated to offer a fast drying, non tacky, minimal transfer tan. Make sure your tan is completely dry before applying clothing to avoid bronzer rubbing off onto clothing.
CAN I USE SELF TANNING MOUSSE ON MY FACE?	Although our Self Tanning Mousse is enriched with clean ingredients, we recommend using our Glowing Face Mist when tanning the face. Our face mist is enriched with gentle ingredients for delicate and sensitive skin. We recommend using our tanning mousse for the rest of the body.
HOW DO I GET A PERFECT TAN ON MY HANDS AND FEET?	When applying Self Tanning Mousse to your hands and feet, we recommend spreading the remaining product on the mitt to your hands and feet. For best results, bend your fingers into a claw-like position and sweep product in a circular motion until blended evenly. Pro tip: take a small amount of lotion and apply to the hands after application to ensure a streak-free finish.
HOW LONG DOES ONE BOTTLE LAST?	This really depends on how often you use the product and how much you apply when using it. Our Self Tanning Mousse allows up to 8-10 full-body applications, but can vary depending on the quantity of product that is applied.
