We are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our self tanner products. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at info@makaisunless.com with detailed information and images of the product and the defect.
You can return the defective item to the following address:

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will thoroughly examine it and notify you via email within 7-10 business days whether you are eligible for a refund or a replacement. If the defect is confirmed, we will either replace the product or refund the purchase price using the original method of payment.

Returns Within the US: We want you to love what you ordered! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached within 30 days of the ship date.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer service team at info@makaisunless.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, if possible, and include the original packing slip or a note with your name and order number.
Ship the item(s) to:

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Makai Sunless is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return policy criteria. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item(s). Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
